United States Department of Agriculture or USDA is an excellent program for those who have very little to no money for a down payment and have a limited household income. It was initially created for the rural area home but with growth of population, eligible homes may be closer to town than you might think.

• Total household income caps depending on the county
• Up to 6% seller contributions towards closing costs allowed
