What it is –

• Loans that are currently backed by Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac regardless of who currently services it.  Not sure?  Contact us.
• A refinance tool to help save money for those still currently paying on their mortgage but are upside down in value.
• Current eligible properties include Primary, Secondary or Investments.  Condos, Townhomes, Single Family Residence and 2-4 units.
• Unlimited Loan to Values on any eligible property
• Absolutely NO Overlays. (Most lenders have these which ultimately prevent approval).
• Approvals still based on mortgage/income documentation.
• Program available and has been extended upt to December 31, 2015.  All new HARP loans must be originated & funded on or before this date.

What it is NOT –

• Not for FHA, VA(See Streamlined) or Non Fannie or Non Freddie backed loans
• Not for those who have had a mortgage late on any property within the last 12 months.
• Not for those who are currently behind on mortgage payments
• Not a mortgage modification program.
