• Youngest borrower must be at least 62 years of age
• Primary Residence only
• Must maintain property, property taxes/homeowner’s insurance
• Eligible property types include Single Family Residence, Condos, Townhomes, Manufactured homes after 1976
• Counseling through an approved HECM agency
